Return Policy
Requests for exchange or store credit must be made within 14 days of receiving order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Hats due to sanitation purposes.
To request an exchange/store credit, contact us at woventhreadsllc@gmail.com. Please include the order number. If your exchange/store credit is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your items back. Once exchange/store credit it approved you have 10 days to send the items back.
Please allow 5 business days from the time your items are received in our warehouse for your exchange/store credit to be processed.
